What are our office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  During our off hours, you have access to over 80,000 fee-free ATM machines, through the Allpoint & Co-op Networks.

How do I apply for a loan?

Click Apply Now to use our online loan application right now.  If you prefer, you can contact the credit union at 860-649-7922 and we’ll be happy to mail or fax you an application; or you can visit our office and apply in person.

Do you do Mortgage Loans?

Yes, we do Home Equity loans up to 15 years and partner with Member’s Mortgage to provide mortgages up to 30 years.

What are your current rates?

You can find our Share Account, Certificate, and $ave to Win rates under “Accounts” and our Visa, Personal, Auto, Home Equity and Student Loan rates under “Loans”.  For additional rate information, call 860-649-7922.

Am I eligible for membership?

Membership is open to all Town of Manchester employees, Board of Education, Eighth Utilities, All Boards/Commissions/ Committees of the Town, and all Family Members of these employees/committee members.

What type of online services do you have?

We have it all!  Contact our office to get started as some services require enrollment.

  • Online Banking and Voice Response (860-647-8473) offer complete access to your accounts, transfer funds, receive detailed e-statements, and pay bills.
  • Mobile Banking   – Download our mobile app, which offers all the services of Online Banking plus check deposits.
  • Card Valet   – Take control of your debit and credit cards by giving you the ability to define when, where and how your cards are used. Simply download the Card Valet app to your smartphone, then customize usage settings and alert preferences to manage our cards.
  • Remote Deposit Capture – Deposit checks through your mobile app.
  • Repay – Allows you to pay your MMFCU loan from another financial institution.
